I made this website on a different pc so texture pack is a little bit different!
First up on your tips you need TIME, when you have time you're going to need grinding music, here is some, there may be more but right now I just like having the single row design.

If you are planning on grinding for a long time activate a personal booster using /booster and clicking on personal boosters
Select the booster length you want AND GET GRINDING!!!!!!

PLAY WITH A TEAMMATE (even better to have skype or something to chat with them!) Teammates are good for these reasons 1) you can 2v1 2) you have twice the health you would normally have 3) if they win you get coins 4) you deal double the damage
Go to middle and try killing lot's of people, always use your taunts in every game if possible and use a kit that gives you good items every game. (Stone Sword or good Armor)
For grinding most people are aiming for a level 9 or 10. Knowing your goal is good for planning your income. Also knowing how much time you can play a day is good to know.
Now you know what your going for and how much you can get a day. Lets use the example of a level 8 --> 9. So for a 9 you need 250,000 coins. Lets say I had 2 hours a day to play. Now lets take the average amount of coins per hour for your coin multiplier.
x1 - You can get about 2-4k an hour. On a weekend 4-8k an hour
x2- You can get about 4-6k an hour. On a weekend 6-10k an hour
x3 You can get about 6-8k an hour. On a weekend 8-12k an hour
x4 - You can get about 8-10k an hour. On a weekend 10-14k an hour
x5 - You can get about 10-12k an hour. On a weekend 12-16k an hour
So now lets say you have a x4 multipiler. So I can get 16-20k+ a day and On a weekend 20-28k
Do not take on fights that are risky, staying alive is the best way to win (xD)
Go kits that give you extra gear or potions
Play some teams, you have an extra partner
Try to get your taunt in ASAP just in case you die.
